Meet your AI office Welcome to Rufous. Think of it as an AI office that works alongside your people. Each employee has a personal assistant, with their own workspace. Those assistants can coordinate, while managers and IT get the visibility they need to support the team. Let's walk through how that feels in practice. This is the office view. Each desk represents an assistant at Meridian Components, our fictional demonstration company. The rooms group the team by department. Select a desk to inspect an assistant. The status tells you whether its service is available, whether a task is running, or whether something needs attention. An available assistant is ready to help. That does not mean it is already doing work. Rufous shows activity when a real task runs, and records its outcome. This distinction makes the office useful: you can see the team, choose a person, and move directly into their working context.
