Turn an answer into useful work An assistant becomes useful when it helps with the next step. Ask it to draft a follow-up based on what it found. The draft stays in the workspace for review. This gives the person a chance to check the recipient, wording, and evidence before deciding what should happen next. The outbox separates a proposal from a decision. Open the draft, read it, and choose approve or reject. Rufous saves that review decision. External message delivery is disabled in this company demonstration, so approving the draft does not send an email to someone outside the demo. Working preferences help the assistant fit the person. Choose concise or detailed replies, and add standing instructions such as, start with the deadline, then explain what is blocked. These preferences are saved for the workspace and included in later conversations. Personalization changes how the assistant helps; it does not expand whose data it can access.
